Instructions for Abstract Preparation:
Abstract must be written and presented in English. Abstracts that are not written in understandable English will be rejected and/or returned to the author(s) for revision.
Abstract must be uploaded in WORD format (.doc; .docx)
Title, author’s names, author’s affiliation presenting author must be provided.
The body of the Abstract text should not exceed 300 words.
All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of the review outcome via email. An official notification will be sent indicating whether the abstract has been accepted or rejected. Please ensure that the email address provided during submission is accurate and regularly monitored for updates regarding your abstract status.
